Posh Is So Proud of Herself

In case you didn't know, Victoria Beckham has an excellent opinion of herself: there is no one out there to top her fashion sense or her beauty. In what regards the first thing, it may be so, but in the latter... well, there's much to talk about that! The point is the Posh (internationally famous for no apparent reason) attended the Bambi Awards in Germany, a very fancy ceremony that dates back to 1948, the biggest event in showbiz honors and made it a point on her agenda (of shopping, posing and shopping!) to upset both the photographers and the organizers. The starlet wanted to get a signed agreement from the photographers, that bounded them to give her copies of all the pictures taken on the occasion, so that she could use them later for promotional purposes. When they refused to do such a thing, the organizers came up with another thing, namely, a second agreement, that required the photographers to snap her, but only on the red carpet. The Associated Press was so outraged by both requests that they turned down the whole ceremony altogether. Others refused to comply and showed their silent protest by not taking photos of Victoria at all. That should teach her a lesson, they thought!
The truth is - and let's be honest about it - that the gown was absolutely spectacular but that did not justify Posh's wacky demand. It's not like she's some sort of royalty or something! As for the 'alien' comparison or the way Victoria looked in the dress, well, she just did what she knows best: pout and pose. Once more, with feeling: pout and pose!
