Tom Cruise Must Really Hate Oprah

When the TomKat wedding took place in Italy a while ago, the world was surprised to find out that the only person that had every right to be there wasn't even invited. Yes, that's right, Oprah Winfrey, on whose talk show Tom Cruise declared his love for Katie Holmes by jumping on the couch, did not make the cut.

However, Oprah tried to play down the oversight, by claiming it wasn't a 'snub', as the press wrote but a very unfortunate circumstance that prevented her from being with the couple on the happiest day of their lives. 'It's not that I'm not going. It's that they had a limited number of people they could invite. I was not one of the invitees. That's fine. I don't get invited to everyone's wedding. I don't invite them to everything I do. But I wish them the best. I have a great deal of regard for their relationship and so I'm trying to think of what to get them', Oprah said at the time.



Well, that was that. But maybe not even Miss Winfrey could predict that she would be snubbed again, so soon after the first time. Now that the newlyweds are back in the US, their spokesperson announced that they're planning to throw a post-wedding party, for the friends who couldn't make it all the way to Italy in the first place.

And guess who (again) is missing from the guest list Oprah Winfrey, according to her publicist, did not receive an invite to the bash, which will take place this weekend at the house of Tom's partner, Paula Wagner, in Beverly Hills.

The television talk show host did not comment on the latest snub yet, but her spokesperson did confirm exclusively to TMZ that she is not invited.
