No One Wants to Play with Jessica Anymore!

Jessica Simpson is a great actress, one of those few genuinely talented thespians who know all the tricks in the book to making a mind-blowing movie... in her head alone! She might be cute and cuddly-like, she may have the good looks and the financial power to back up all her forays into the art of cinematography, but daddy's little girl can't act to save her life. The critics and the public have spoken! No need fighting about it now... Despite the fact that most of Jessica's film projects (save for 'Dukes of Hazard' and that only happened because of her damn hot pants and cowboy boots ensemble!) have been received with a smirk on the face and pure contempt. While her music career was still going strong, the critics have refrained (to some extent or another) from completely shattering all her dreams and, at the same time, her image of perfectionist 'actress' but, now there's no successful album to protect her, the reviews are merciless. In short, dear Jess might as well kiss her acting dreams good-bye and, rest assured, the world won't even feel the difference!
You might know that, for the past year or so, Jessica has been busy working on 'Blonde Ambition', a loose remake of the classic 'Working Girl' for which Melanie Griffith got an Oscar award. But, if you have 'Working Girl', take away the talent, add a lame script, poor acting, even poorer jokes and tons of crappy wigs, you get Jessica's 'Blonde Ambition' – a movie she really wanted to put out there for the entire world to enjoy. It's not going to happen... Sadness. Rumors about 'Blonde Ambition' being, well, not such an ambitious project after all (meaning, about its postponement) abounded these past weeks. Now, it seems that it won't even get to run on US screens because the producers are already trying to control the damage. Instead, they will only release it on DVD in the US and in international theaters (where people probably still believe that Jessica's acting is acceptable). 'It is going straight to DVD domestically. It will only come out in theaters internationally. The movie is absolutely horrible. It's just a bomb, mainly because of Jessica's acting.', one source told the US media. Now, do you remember THIS? Don't ever say I didn't see it coming miles along (probably just as the rest of the world did)! To end this on a more positive note, Jessica is now shooting for 'Major Movie Star', a very inspired story about an actress who goes to boot camp in order to convince a movie director that she can star in his military-oriented flick.
